Workshop Musculoskeletal, Nerve and Spine Ultrasound-Guided Interventional Pain Management Hands On Real Patients and Cadaver
The Faculty of Medicine Trisakti University cooperated with Perdorsri (Association of Indonesian Specialist Doctor in Physical and Medical Rehabilitation) held Workshop Musculoskeletal, Nerve and Spine Ultrasound-Guided Interventional Pain Management Hands On Real Patients and Cadaver which located in Campus B Trisakti University.
The event is followed by 27 Specialist Doctors in Physical and Medical Rehabilitation). Representing CME (Continuing Medical Education) of the Faculty of Medicine, dr Dwi Agustiawan Nugroho, Sp.THT said that the event is the result of cooperation between Perdrosri and Anatomical Sections of the Faculty of Medicine Trisakti University and this time the workshop take theme regarding pain management using guiding USG. The event of Simposium and Workshop are important and very useful for fellow colleagues especially for specialist doctor of medical rehabilitation to broaden the horizon and refresh our memory and also to meet the need of updating medical knowledge we owned which always evolving in line with the rapid development of medical science mainly in the field of medical rehabilitation. I wish participants could take the benefits from the Simposium and Workshop.
In the cooperation with Perdosri, we provide facilities and Perdosri appointed the speakers. Participants are invited. They came from Perdosri throughout Indonesia, especially Specialist Doctors of Physical and Medical Rehabilitation. This is the third time Simposium and Workshop held in Trisakti University. We expect the Faculty of Medicine Trisakti University could be more famous by conducting the event, because the event like this is real form of scientific activity to broaden horizon and expertise, especially the sustainable specialist doctor of Physical and Medical Rehabilitation. The event is worth quite high in IDI accreditation for participants to do SAP as the participants are more than 24.
Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. dr. Angela B.M. Tulaar, SpKFR (K) President of Colegium IKFR, said, “We are specialist doctors in Physical and Medical Rehabilitation are required to attend the simposium and workshop like this to broaden our knowledge and to improve our skill. In this event we would discuss how to handle patients who can no longer be treated with medication or simple procedure in terms of physical and medical rehabilitation such as heat therapy, stretching and so on that cannot be solved, it is generally required injection in an area that causes pain. Essentially, all conditions that cannot be solved with a simple procedure required further intervention”. L@r.
